Placed within the UK based Recruitment team, we now have an Account Manager position available. This role would suit an experienced sales individual with strong recruitment knowledge. This role requires creativity and being proactive.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to…
• Exceed agreed prescribed sales targets
• Adhere to and exceed KPIs, including ‘live’ orders, meetings, calls, new business targets etc
• Individually forecast and record sales performance to achieve monthly targets
• Help with coaching and training of junior / new team members
• Daily, correct use of the CRM system to ensure that all information and activity is recorded
• Create and maintain strong relationships with clients through first class verbal and written communication
• Work closely with FTRS colleagues to ensure that production of print supplements remains efficient and timely, carefully managing the expectations of clients
• Sourcing and identifying new business leads and ensuring that these are followed up in every case. Creation of new ‘prospect’ client accounts on CRM system and using the system to maintain regular and ‘on-time’ contact with both ‘prospect’ and ‘live’ clients
• Reporting of business activity to the Group Head through regular meetings
• Organise and effect regular meetings with ‘prospect and ‘live’ clients
• Build strong relationships with key clients and ensure that revenue opportunities are reviewed and maximised
• Work with other divisions of the business to ensure that multi platform solutions are presented to all clients
• Demonstrate ability to consistently pitch integrated packages and bespoke solutions
• Act professionally and give the best impression of yourself and the business at all times, both internally and externally
• Ensure all personal administration is kept up-to-date at all times (e.g. Credit queries, expenses, holiday, absence etc) • Carry out your work in the best interest of FTRS and The Financial Times at all times
• Reports into: Group Head
