Job Purpose
Our team are looking for a highly motivated and determined individual to be responsible for selling advertising across the classified and recruitment sections of the website and all FTB Retail publications. The candidate will also be responsible for handling accounts, as well as finding new business.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Maintain and develop client relationships – existing and new
• Bring in new advertisers from lead chasing
• Handle existing accounts and develop existing advertising strategy
• Communicate with editorial and production teams
• Attend regular strategy meetings in order to present and develop new ideas
• Attend training to develop sales, presentation and negotiation skills
• Meet with clients regularly for advertising updates
• Report to Head of Classified and Recruitment regularly
• Contribute to budget discussions and bring forward new developmental ideas
• Fulfil monthly targets and objectives
• Fulfil yearly objectives as set in personal development review
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential
• Sound IT experience, comfortable and competent with word, excel, and able to pick up new systems quickly.
• Used to working to strict deadlines, and to the best of their capabilities
• Strong Communication skills, ideally with some kind of customer relations experience.
